Wr Engineering

Great service from Steve, professional experienced and a very helpful operator. Would recommend WR Engineering to everyone.

We had Tony come out and look at our garage door opener. He walked me through what the problem was. Spoke to me very nicely and helped me understand the pros and cons of possible future issues. He wasn’t pushy. We decided to go ahead with a new one which he had organised and then installed in a timely manner. Tony is an absolute asset to WR Engineering company. The company should be proud to have a team member like Tony working on your staff. Would absolutely recommend Tony for anyone needing s...

Matt was great - explained everything clearly and got the job done quickly.

Matthew arrived on time, undertook the servicing of my garage door quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what had been done and go over the warranty both of the garage door opener and the service. …

The technician, Steve, was very personable and did a great job installing a replacement garage door motor.

I found the technician to be very efficient, courteous, polite and professional. Steve (technician) presented himself with a clean outfit and meticulously well groomed which is an excellent reflection for the business he represents. Not only did Steve repair the issue I was having with the calibrations on my roller door motor, Steve provided me a quote for a more current better quality model roller door. Steve ensured everything was perfect prior to leaving by triple checking all components were...

Absolutely brilliant service and such a wonderful company to deal with. Fitted me in and delivered everything expected of them.

WR Engineering and Ryan T, Izzy and Andrew were prompt and efficient in constructing my colourbond fence and gates. They were approachable and explained what needed to be done on a clear and thorough manner. I would recommend these guys and WR Engineering more generally because of the outcomes I experienced

Great service from Ryan with fixing my garage door. The spring had snapped, and Ryan talked me though the options I had and was patient enough to let me move some items out of the way for him to complete the repair on the spot; saving me an additional call-out fee. I felt his advice was knowledgeable and honest. Thanks again!

We recently had our garage door serviced and would not hesitate to recommend WR Engineering. Great customer service from Ryan who was very thorough and prompt.
