What a fantastic place! Absolutely stunning mirrors in many different styles including art deco. Brilliant service at a good price by Mark ( ths owner) and Mark ( his friend) . I took in two glass bathroom cabinets that had broken and 24 hrs later picked up two new ones! Highly recommend Balcatta Glass and I will be definitely using them again ! Thanks Tamara
I can absolutely recommend these guys 100%. From the front desk to the finishing of the glass / mirrors cut. Top class service at a fair price.
Friendly helpful team, I have been there various times for glass, always prompt service in and out within 20 minutes. (One piece of glass at a time required)
After contacting three other window suppliers in the Perth metropolitan area with no response, Balcatta Glass not only responded to my email contact but provided me a quote and installed the broken window in very prompt fashion. Thank you!
One of the best trades I've dealt with. Came to quote on time, sent the quote through when they said they would, and installed the new glass when they said they would and did a great job. Not many trades get the basics right but these guys do and it doesn't go unnoticed. I highly recommend Balcatta Glass!
Excellent service, professional, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my mirrors. They have helped to modernise, lighten and the room feel bigger!
Sent an email looking for a quote, but they couldn't help me with what I needed. Rather than ignoring the email, Mark was helpful immediately responding and providing a referral. Very good customer service.
Jo was so helpful organising and advising me on what to use . The work men that came out wére fast , clean very efficient. 2 time I've used them so not a lucky just good company .
Great service. Needed a small job doing cutting a glass top for a fish tank and it was such a great price and xut on the spot. I got my measurements wrong and took it back to get a little more cut off and they generously did it and didnt charge even though it was my fault. I looked round the showroom and they have some really beautiful pieces. Will definatley be back and use their service again. Such a lovely team.
Mark was absolutely amazing, suoer helpful and quick. The next time you need a window fixed make sure you go here!
